Terms of use
Use the tools for anything lawful, including commercial work. The rest of this page is about limits, not restrictions.

Permission
You may use every tool on this site free of charge, for personal or commercial purposes, without attribution. You do not need to credit iToolify if you use a generated password, a random number or a decoded QR payload in something else.
What you may not do
- Use the site to break the law, including unauthorised access to systems or accounts.
- Present the tools as your own product while removing this site's identity from a page you redistribute.
- Send automated traffic that degrades availability for other people. The pages are static; scraping them is pointless, but hammering the host is not allowed.
Provided as-is
The tools and guides are provided without warranty of any kind. Randomness comes from your browser's cryptographic generator, which is appropriate for passwords, games, raffles, sampling and test data. It is not a certified hardware random source, and nothing here is audited for use in generating cryptographic keys, certificate material or anything where a flaw would be catastrophic. If you need that, use your operating system's key tooling.
Strength and crack-time figures are estimates under stated assumptions. They cannot account for password reuse, phishing, keyloggers, a compromised email account, or a service that stores passwords badly. A “strong” score is not a guarantee of safety, and a “weak” score on a passphrase you generated elsewhere is usually a limitation of the scoring heuristic rather than a fact about the password.
No liability
To the extent permitted by law, iToolify is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site — including a lost account, a weak password chosen despite the meter, a QR code that resolved to a site you did not expect, or data loss. You are responsible for the codes you scan and the credentials you store.
QR codes are untrusted input
A QR code is a container for text that somebody else wrote. This site decodes one and shows you the contents before you act on them; it does not open links automatically, and it does not vouch for any destination. Treat a code from a sticker, a poster or an email with the same suspicion you would treat an unfamiliar link.
Availability and changes
Pages may be added, changed or removed without notice. Because the tools run in the browser, a future version of this site could be retired while a page you saved still works offline. There is no service-level commitment and no support contract.
Governing terms
These terms are the whole agreement between you and this site. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Questions: [email protected].
