Batch generation is mostly a testing need: seeding fixture data, provisioning demo accounts, or producing a list of throwaway logins. Each password in the list is drawn independently, so no two are related.

The list can be copied as a block or downloaded as a plain text file, one password per line, ready to paste into a spreadsheet.

How to use it

  1. Set the count — 10 is the default, 100 is the ceiling.
  2. Choose the length and character classes once; they apply to every line.
  3. Copy the block, or download the list as .txt.

Handling a list of credentials responsibly

A batch of passwords is a sensitive file the moment it exists. If it is for test data, use obviously fake account names so a leaked file cannot be paired with a real login. If it is for real provisioning, put the file in a password manager or a secret store rather than a shared drive.

Generating 100 passwords in a loop server-side is a common source of duplicates when a weak RNG is reused. Here each value comes from a fresh CSPRNG call, so collisions are as unlikely as in single generation.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get the list as a CSV?

The download produces one password per line, which opens directly in a spreadsheet as a single column. Add your own headers there.

Are the passwords in a batch unique?

Almost certainly, but they are not checked against each other — with 16 characters the chance of a collision is negligible, and checking would bias the output.

What is the maximum batch size?

100 per run. Above that the page becomes slow to render and the result is unmanageable to copy anyway.
